Domestic garments brought to life through Margaret's finely painted kinetic shapes and dramatic chiaroscuro dynamic. Her observation and contemplation of the 'ordinary' uncovers the light and shadows contained in the often unnoticed corners of our domestic existence. Margaret has been a finalist in the prestigious Blake Prize in 2007 & 2008 & a finalist in the Portia Geach Portrait Prize, SH Ervin Gallery in 2004.
