JOHN RIGBY - Landscapes of North Queensland
JOHN RIGBY is highly revered in Queensland. He has served as a Trustee at the Queensland Art Gallery for 18 years; his paintings are in all major Australian galleries and he recently retired as Senior Instructor at Queensland College of Fine Art, where for over a decade he inspired thousands of students who passed through the institution. Rigby's paintings are bold, colourful, vibrant and extremely well executed.

TWO EXHIBITIONS: 28th March - 23rd April

MIKE WORRALL - Windows of the Mind
Mike Worralls' paintings are immediately recognizable. They can be likened to a medieval Magritte - absurd, surreal and alluring. By combining contemporary concepts with historical content, Mike Worrall evokes a compelling view into an enchanting, dramatic and mysterious world - that of his unrestrained imagination of women and interiors.

PETER GRIFFEN - A line takes a walk
Abstract images are a presonse to abstract thinking. Peter Griffen's paintings begin with a wandering line and the images evolve by a process of breaks in the line followed by a continuum of wanderings - the painterly line following the wandering mind of the artists. The paintings Peter Griffen creates form this process are honest, energetic and highly expressive.

24th April - May

SUSAN SHERIDAN - New Work
The Kimberley Coast has long been a source of inspiration to artists and for Susan Sheridan, the absolute wilderness of this remote region is the subject of her new exhibition. The mesmerising radiance of the submerged coral reefs through the water and the extraordinary colours of aquas, rich reds and crisp whites of the silica beaches are the focus of Susan Sheridans loose style.
