ELEANOR MILLARD

Late in the Day

Eleanor Millard - Cove
Cove watercolour pencil and acrylic on paper 75 x 72cm

The 2011 Wynne Prize Finalist's debut Sydney solo show captures maritime life at Two Mile Bay: its moody landscape, old-world characters, and rugged topography. These portraits of a small fishing community are also recollections of family holidays spent at a beach-house on Victoria's Shipwreck coast in the late 1960s.
